There’s something about Easter that calls for softness, color, and a little bit of magic.
One of my favorite Easter tablescapes was inspired by cascading florals, delicate greenery, and the cheerful charm of pastel tones. The foundation of the look started with a gingham Easter runner from Cami Monet, which instantly set the tone with its playful color palette and nostalgic feel.

The Statement Moment: A Hanging Garden
To create a true focal point, I used an over-the-table arch and transformed it into a hanging garden.
I draped eucalyptus and greenery vines across the arch, then layered in wisteria floral picks for added dimension and softness. The goal was to create that whimsical, almost floating floral effect that feels both elevated and effortless.
To tie everything together, I painted papier-mâché eggs in soft shades of pink and blue and hung a few from the arch, while scattering others along the table below. It adds that subtle Easter touch without feeling overly themed.

The Table Base: Layered, Light, and Textured
I’m not a big fan of tablecloths, so I almost always opt for a runner instead.

This gingham paper runner from Cami Monet brought in the perfect amount of color and pattern, acting as the base layer for the entire tablescape. From there, I added a lamb’s ear garland down the center for softness and texture.
To build dimension, I layered in:
- Wooden candle pillars for warmth
- Small fresh floral arrangements in yellow, pink and orange hues for a natural touch
- Pastel Easter eggs for pops of color
The mix of textures keeps the table feeling curated but not overly styled.
Place Settings with Soft, Spring Details
Each place setting was designed to feel cohesive but still light and inviting.

I used:
- Hyacinth woven chargers for a natural, earthy base
- Neutral melamine plates for balance
- Soft pastel pink cloth napkins tied with bunny ear napkin holders for a playful detail
It’s that combination of natural textures and soft color that really brings the whole look together.
The Finishing Touches
The little details are what truly elevate a table.
I incorporated gold utensils to add a hint of elegance and used festive paper napkins as coasters for drinkware to bring in an extra layer of color and pattern.
It’s those small, thoughtful touches that make the table feel special without overcomplicating it.

More Easter Tablescape Ideas to Inspire You
If you’re looking to switch things up or create multiple looks throughout the season, here are a few additional Easter tablescape ideas that still capture that same whimsical, spring-inspired feel. Almost all of these looks incorporate my go-to hyacinth placemats to keep a consistent, natural foundation throughout.
Moss & Wood Elements
Create an organic, earthy centerpiece using moss as a base, layered with wood accents and natural textures. It feels grounded, fresh, and perfect for a more neutral Easter palette.

Classic White & Bunny Accents
Use a white ceramic cake stand as your centerpiece and style it with bunny figurines for a clean, classic Easter look. This approach feels timeless and lets subtle details shine.

Eucalyptus & Soft Florals
Run fresh or faux eucalyptus down the center of the table and pair it with blue mason jars filled with soft pink floral arrangements. It’s simple, elegant, and brings in that perfect balance of color and greenery.

Faux Grass & Bright Spring Florals
For a more playful, garden-inspired look, use a faux grass runner as your base. Layer in a long, low floral arrangement in a clear rectangular box, allowing the blooms to sit evenly across the table. Fill it with flowers in shades of orange, yellow, and pink to create a soft, continuous line of color that feels fresh, intentional, and perfectly spring-inspired.

The bright florals against the green base give it that fresh, just-picked-from-the-garden feel while still being easy to recreate. Pair it with your hyacinth chargers to keep that natural texture woven throughout.
Burlap, Lace & Soft Pastels
For a more rustic-meets-feminine look, start with a burlap and lace runner as your base. Add florals in warm spring tones like oranges, yellows, and pinks to soften the texture and bring in color.
Layer in gingham pastel melamine plates at each setting, paired with soft pink fabric napkins tied with burlap bunny ear napkin holders for a cohesive, styled detail.

Again, grounding the look with hyacinth chargers helps tie this tablescape back to the others, creating consistency while still allowing each design to feel unique.
Final Thoughts
At the end of the day, creating a beautiful Easter table isn’t about having everything perfectly styled, it’s about creating a space that feels thoughtful, inviting, and a little bit magical for the people you love. Whether you go all out with a hanging floral moment or keep it simple with layered textures and soft spring colors, it’s the small details that turn an ordinary meal into a memory.
